Event calendar
Every event below runs on a different clock. Some take open registrations a year ahead, some only admit affiliated schools, some can only be reached through a national qualifying body. Here is which is which.
Dates are indicative seasonal windows drawn from previous editions, not confirmed schedules. We verify the exact calendar, fee and eligibility with the host before any commitment is made on your behalf.

Affiliation-only conferences require your school to hold membership with the host foundation. We can take you through that application as separate work, well ahead of the conference year.
These cannot be bought into
Every international olympiad admits one national team, selected by the country’s recognised body through a domestic qualifying series. Anyone offering to place your child directly is not describing a real process.
What we do here is different from MUN work: we track the national selection calendar, get students entered at the qualifying stage, and handle everything downstream once a place is won — travel, visas, insurance and accompanying staff.
