A delegation desk and a payments desk
Travel agencies sell trips. Education consultants sell admissions. Neither will chase a position paper deadline at Harvard, or work out how to get a deposit from a rupee account into a university’s sterling account in nine days. That gap is what we do.
Why this exists
Students across Pakistan get accepted to international conferences, competitions and universities every year, and a real share of those places go unused. Not for lack of ability — for want of a functioning outward payment, a visa file that stands up, and someone willing to own the logistics for a group of sixteen teenagers going to Boston in January.
Schools that try it once often do not try again, because the administrative load lands on a teacher who already has a full timetable. We were built to carry that load, so the decision about whether to send a delegation is about the students and the budget, and nothing else.
How we work
One point of contact for the whole delegation. Everything written down before anything is booked: the scope, the schedule, the budget line by line, and where the risk sits at each stage.
We take a limited number of delegations each season, because the value is in the attention, not the volume. A conference has perhaps eight hard deadlines between registration and departure, and missing one costs a delegate their place.
What we will not tell you
This market has a credibility problem, largely because of promises no operator can keep. Ours are the ones we can.
We cannot guarantee a visa
Nobody can. The decision belongs to a consular officer. We make sure the file is complete and the student is prepared, which is what the decision turns on. Any agency guaranteeing an outcome is selling something it does not control.
We cannot place you in an olympiad
International olympiad teams are selected nationally, on merit, through a qualifying series. What we do is get students entered at the qualifying stage and handle everything downstream once a place is won.
We cannot promise a committee
Country and committee allocation is the host’s decision, and it favours delegations that register early. We register early. We do not pretend to control the outcome.
We will not quote blind
Anyone giving a per-head figure before knowing the event, the season and the group size is guessing. We ask for the specifics first, then cost it line by line.
Start with a conversation, not a contract
Tell us what you are considering. If it is not a fit, we say so and point you somewhere better.
